Position summary

ServiceDrive Talent is seeking an Automotive Recruiter / Talent Partner to source, engage and qualify automotive fixed-operations talent for dealership and independent repair-shop clients in Phoenix Metro.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage technicians, service advisors, foremen and fixed-operations leaders.
• Conduct professional outreach, qualification and follow-up.
• Build relationships with candidates and employers.
• Maintain activity and candidate information in the ServiceDrive Talent portal.

Preferred background

• Relevant sales, customer service, recruiting, automotive, dealership or service-department experience.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships by phone, email, social media and in person.
• Automotive service operations experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation

Commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Details are reviewed during the interview process.
